Fall is arriving, and many people may be cleaning out their garages. Old, outgrown bikes are a problem. What can you do with them? Pedal Power is a charity that collects outgrown bikes and donates them to the Chicago Public Schools to reward students for good grades. 2012 is going to be the fifth Pedal Power bike drive!
